  4. *In order to clarify the situation as to how this READ ONLY version of ArcFS
  5. 2 may or may not be used I have included this file:
  6.  
  7. *Read the following carefully - the conditions have changed from previous
  8. read only versions.
  9.  
  10. *This read only version of ArcFS is NOT public domian. However, it may be
  11. copies may be passed on to other people as long as the following conditions
  12. are met:
  13.  
  14.      (1) Copies may be passed between private individuals as long as this
  15.          is done free of charge.
  16.  
  17.      (2) It may be distributed by public domain libraries, as long as no
  18.          more than £1.50 is charged for a 800Kb (E format) disk of P.D.
  19.          software containing ArcFS and no more than £2.00 is charged for
  20.          a 1.6Mb (F format) disk. If charges are higher than this, then my
  21.          permission must be obtained first.

  23.      (3) It may be distributed by remote databases such as FTP sites or mail
  24.          servers on the Internet or bulletin boards, as long as no charge is
  25.          made for downloading it (other than the cost of the phone call).
  26.  
  27.      (4) ArcFS must NOT be distributed with software, other than as detailed
  28.          above, without my permission. If a profit is being made from the
  29.          software, then this will normally be in return for a small royalty
  30.          or one-off payment.

  32.      (5) The copyright remains mine at all times.

  34. *No part of the !ArcFS application may be used separately from the rest of
  35. the application without my permission.
